Meet Aimee Parkinson
Where Passion for People meets unforgettable experiences in Paradise
Aimee’s at Anna Bay is more than just accommodation — it’s the result of a dream, years of hard work, and a deep love for people, place, and community.
At the heart of it all is local business owner Aimee Parkinson, who has poured her passion, creativity, and dedication into creating one of Port Stephens’ most cherished boutique group stays.
With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and event management, Aimee brings a wealth of knowledge and care to every element of the guest experience. From the way each space is styled to how every booking is handled, her eye for detail and genuine love for creating meaningful moments is felt in every corner of the property.
What began as a vision has grown into a place where guests can gather, celebrate, reconnect, and create lasting memories. Aimee has thoughtfully designed Aimee’s at Anna Bay to be more than accommodation — it’s a welcoming space where people instantly feel at ease and genuinely looked after.
Behind the scenes, Aimee has worked tirelessly to build a property that blends comfort, style, and practicality for group stays. Her dedication to quality, guest experience, and thoughtful touches has helped establish Aimee’s at Anna Bay as a standout destination for celebrations, retreats, and family getaways in Port Stephens.
Aimee’s commitment to the local community also runs deep. She previously served as President of Port Stephens Women in Business, where she helped champion and connect local women in business. Today, she continues to support the community through her businesses and proudly sponsors Dads and Daughters Port Stephens, helping create opportunities for meaningful connection between fathers and their daughters.
Giving back has always been an important part of Aimee’s journey. Through Aimee’s at Anna Bay, she has donated over $90,000 in accommodation to local schools, charities, sporting groups, and families in need — reflecting her belief that businesses should play an active role in supporting their communities.
She believes strongly in collaboration over competition, in supporting local businesses, and in using her platform to showcase the people, places, and experiences that make Port Stephens such a special place to visit.
“This business is my heart. I built it not just for myself, but for others — for the families who need to reconnect, the women who deserve to be celebrated, and the people who simply need a place to feel welcomed and cared for. That’s why I do it.” – Aimee
At Aimee’s at Anna Bay, every guest is welcomed with warmth, every stay is thoughtfully considered, and every visit is designed to feel like a true home away from home.
